About Me

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people, teams, and organizations perform at their best. Over the past 20 years, I have worked across product development, sourcing, procurement, PLM, and SAP Material Management within the apparel industry, leading initiatives that improved processes, strengthened collaboration, and delivered business results.

While my professional journey began in product and operational leadership, I became increasingly fascinated by a question that sits at the heart of every successful transformation:
